Thirty Years of Experience

Our Services: Site plans, subdivisions, large-scale residential, Planned Use Developments, urban infill zoning, grandfathering, Stormwater quality treatment, floodwater conveyance and detention, flood studies, small and large scale potable water conveyance and wastewater collection, purple pipe infrastructure, forensic engineering and investigation, lift stations, on-site wastewater facilities, marinas, boat ramps, noise studies, forensic engineering, environmental and geotechnical investigation coordination, and land and endangered species surveying coordination and permitting, and construction coordination and verifications.

With the extensive, long and broad experience of our principal, we find ourselves doing more forensic and evaluation work. Getting the big picture in a $600 million dollar DOT transportation project is a good example. Every known environmental aspect of land development, including social aspects, is included in the Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for these projects and without a good understanding of all, critical issues may go wanting.

Thirty years of permitting in the Central Texas Region gives us many projects to draw expertise from and includes work with the City of Austin, Travis County, Round Rock, Georgetown, Bastrop, Bastrop County, Williamason County, Hays County, Dripping Springs, Blanco County, Wimberly, San Marcos, Jonestown, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Westlake and Sunset Valley. We have also worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Railroad Commission, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Corp of Engineers, Water Development Board, Edwards Aquifer Authority, Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer Authority and EPA.
